1988, Interpreter (Spanish to English) for the Institute of Irrigation Science, University of Southampton (UK): field trip to the south of Spain to visit irrigation projects with engineers working towards their Masters Degree in irrigation techniques.

1994-2000 Lecturer at the Spanish Section of the School of Modern Languages, University of Southampton. Taught Spanish to English and English to Spanish Translation and Interpretation to 4th year students.

I was born in Puerto Rico where I lived for 17 years, but I have also lived in Mexico (2 years), the United States (4 years), England (16 years) and now Spain (4 years) so I am conversant with various styles and variations of both English and Spanish.
